About.
A note about our pricing...
We are proud to say that we are priced lower than the dealership for a superior service experience. But we are also proud in the fact that we are not the cheapest. We will never offer you a $20 oil change. We will never compromise our quality or the longevity of your car.

We also believe in taking away the mystery and anxiety of service pricing. That is why we have developed our Honest and Simple pricing menu. No mysteries. No surprises. There's a unique concept!

A letter from the owner.

To our Valued Customers:

Many of you will recognize that The Import Mechanics has the same look and feel of our sister company, The Import Warehouse. This was intentional. Since 2002, The Import Warehouse has set the standard for an honest and simple approach to buying a car.

Our customers wanted the same in a mechanic. So we took a long look at what we love and hate about getting a car serviced from the dealership and independents. We took the best of both and ditched the rest. We are proud that we were able to hire the best people and put them in the best service facility in Denver.

My absolute goal is for every customer to have their car serviced correctly the first time and for you to drive away knowing you received the best service you have ever had. If you ever feel otherwise, please call me or email me and I will make it right!

We are passionately committed to earn your business and your recommendations. That is why I always want to be open to your compliments and criticisms. Only through your feedback can we continually improve The Import Mechanics.

To those of you have provided us years of repeat business at The Import Warehouse, I thank you! To those of you who are new to us, we hope you will allow us to earn your business for many years to come.

Warm Regards,

Robert Savi
